"For a free, sovereign, and accountable Lebanon, driven by the strength of the Lebanese diaspora"

In light of the deteriorating conditions faced by citizens in Lebanon, including the severe economic, social, and security crises, as well as the shortage of essential goods such as food, medicine, and fuel, and in the absence of legal mechanisms to establish a rescue government from outside Lebanon, and given the lack of international recognition of Lebanon as a failed state unable to protect its people or ensure a dignified standard of living,
We call upon all Lebanese in the diaspora — groups and individuals — to unite around the International Lebanese Lobby. We also express our support for the initiative entitled the International Lebanese Rescue Council, which aims to provide initial humanitarian assistance, as well as to develop and propose solutions to the crises affecting the Lebanese people, including in the sectors of telecommunications, education, energy, and health.
Furthermore, this initiative seeks to present these solutions to international public opinion and raise awareness in order to highlight the prevailing reality: that Lebanon is a failed state, and that the Lebanese people are suffering daily as a result of this failure. The international community must recognize this reality.
